Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Jody Saputra ("we", "us","our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the Taskvo:Daily Planner & Tasks mobile application ("the App").By using Taskvo, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect Account information. When you sign in with Apple, we receive a unique Appleuser identifier and, only on your first sign-in, the name and email address youchoose to share (which may be a private relay email if you select "Hide MyEmail"). We use this to create and secure your account.
‍Tasks and content you create. Tasks, subtasks, schedules, notes, focussessions, and settings you enter are stored to provide the service. By default,this data is stored on your device; if you sign in, it may be synced and backedup so it is available across your devices.
‍AI assistant (Aria) content. When you use the AI assistant or the scanfeature, the text you send and any image you scan are transmitted to ourthird-party AI provider to generate a response. We do not use your content totrain AI models.
‍Calendar data (optional). If you connect your device calendar, the App readsyour calendar events to display them alongside your tasks. This is read-only —we do not modify or delete your calendar events, and calendar data is processedon your device.
‍Apple Reminders (optional). If you connect Apple Reminders, the App readsyour reminders so you can view and import them as tasks in Taskvo. Remindersdata is processed on your device, and we do not delete your existing reminders.
‍Camera and photos (optional). If you use the scan feature, the App accessesthe camera or a photo you select only to extract tasks from that image.Purchase information. Subscriptions are processed by Apple and managedthrough RevenueCat. We receive your subscription status (active, trial, expired)but never your full payment card details.
‍Usage and diagnostic data. We may collect limited, non-identifyinginformation about app performance and crashes to improve the App.

2. How We Use Your InformationTo provide, maintain, and improve the App and its features.To sync and back up your tasks across your devices (if signed in).To generate AI assistant responses and scan results.To manage your subscription, trial, and premium access.To respond to support requests.To detect, prevent, and address technical issues, fraud, or abuse.

3. Third-Party ServicesWe use trusted third parties to operate the App:
‍Apple — Sign in with Apple and in-app purchases.
‍RevenueCat — subscription management.
‍Rork Cloud AI (Google Gemini 2.5 Flash Lite) — toprocess AI assistant and scan requests.
‍Rork — to host backend functions and sync.Each provider processes data under its own privacy terms. We share only what isnecessary for these services to function.

4. Data RetentionWe keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed toprovide the App. When you delete your account, we delete your associated datawithin a reasonable period, except where we must retain it to comply with legalobligations.

5. Your Rights and Choices Access and update your information within the App.
‍Delete your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete account.This removes your data from our systems.
‍Revoke permissions (calendar, reminders, camera, notifications) anytime inyour device's iOS Settings.Depending on your region (e.g. EEA/UK under GDPR, California under CCPA), youmay have additional rights such as data portability or the right to object toprocessing. Contact us to exercise these.

6. Children's PrivacyTaskvo is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in yourcountry). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If youbelieve a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

7. Data SecurityWe use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect yourinformation. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure,and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Changes to This PolicyWe may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the "Lastupdated" date and, for significant changes, provide notice in the App.9.
