Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the
‍Taskvo: Daily Planner &Tasks mobile application ("the App"), provided by Jody Saputra ("we","us", "our"). By downloading or using Taskvo, you agree to theseTerms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Use of the AppYou may use Taskvo for your personal task planning and productivity. You agreenot to:Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or resell the App.Abuse, overload, or attempt to disrupt the App or its AI features.Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes others' rights.

2. Account and Sign-InSome features require signing in with Apple. You are responsible for activityunder your account. You may delete your account at any time from Settings →Account → Delete account.

3. Subscriptions, Free Trial, and Payments
‍Premium features. Taskvo offers a Premium subscription that unlocks featuressuch as recurring tasks, the Aria AI assistant, camera scan, calendarconnection, app icon customization, and unlimited tasks.
‍Free trial. We may offer a 3-day free trial. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, it will automatically convert to a paidsubscription at the then-current price.
‍Billing. Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID. Payment is chargedat confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceledat least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is chargedfor renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
‍Managing and canceling. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytimein your Apple ID account settings. Deleting the App does not cancel yoursubscription.
‍Refunds. Purchases are handled by Apple and subject to Apple's refundpolicies. We do not directly process refunds.
‍Usage limits. Certain AI features (chat and scan) may have usage limits thatvary by plan. We may adjust these limits to keep the service sustainable.

4. AI FeaturesThe Aria assistant and scan feature use artificial intelligence to generatesuggestions, schedules, and extracted tasks. AI output may be inaccurate orincomplete. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content beforerelying on it. Do not submit sensitive personal, medical, financial, orconfidential information to the AI features.

5. Your ContentYou retain ownership of the tasks and content you create. You grant us a limitedlicense to store and process your content solely to operate the App (includingsending AI requests to our provider). You are responsible for the content yousubmit.

6. DisclaimersThe App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind,express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted,error-free, or that AI output will be accurate. Taskvo is a productivity tooland is not a substitute for professional advice.

7. Limitation of LiabilityTo the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect,incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits, orgoodwill arising from your use of the App. Our total liability is limited to theamount you paid for the App in the 12 months before the claim.

8. TerminationWe may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse theApp. You may stop using the App at any time and delete your account.

9. Changes to These TermsWe may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated"date and, for significant changes, notify you in the App. Continued use afterchanges means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing LawThese Terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia, without regard toconflict-of-law principles.
