How do I add a task?Tap the + button on the Home screen, enter a title, set a time, duration,priority, and category, then save. Your task appears on Home and in the Calendar.
How do I mark a task complete?Tap the checkbox on the task. Completed tasks are crossed out. Recurring tasksautomatically create the next occurrence.
How do I edit or delete a task?Open the task to see its details. Use the ••• menu (top right) to Duplicateor Delete it.Aria (AI assistant)
What can Aria do?Aria helps you plan and schedule your day. Ask it to plan your day, find a freeslot, or schedule a task, and it will suggest tasks you can add with one tap.
What is the scan feature?Tap the scan button in Aria to take a photo or choose an image of your notes,whiteboard, or calendar. Aria reads it and turns it into tasks you can add.
Is there a usage limit?On the free trial, Aria includes 20 chat messages and 10 scans. Premium plansinclude higher limits. AI responses may sometimes be inaccurate — please reviewthem before relying on them.Premium & subscriptions
What does Premium include?Recurring tasks, the Aria AI assistant, camera scan, calendar and AppleReminders connection, app icon customization, and unlimited tasks.
How does the free trial work?The 7-day free trial gives you full access. If you don't cancel at least 24hours before it ends, it converts to a paid subscription automatically.
How do I cancel my subscription?Open the iOS
Settings app → tap your name → Subscriptions → Taskvo → Cancel.Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
I paid but Premium isn't showing. What do I do?Open Taskvo → Profile → Restore purchases. If it still doesn't appear,contact us at the email above with your purchase details.
Can I get a refund?Purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests are handled through Apple atreportaproblem.apple.com.Connections & permissions
How do I connect my calendar or Apple Reminders?Go to Profile → Settings → Integrations and tap Connect. You'll be asked toallow access.
Taskvo only reads your events/reminders to show them alongsideyour tasks — it never deletes them.
Why does Taskvo ask for camera, calendar, reminders, or notification access? Camera/Photos: to scan images into tasks.Calendar/Reminders: to show your events and reminders next to your tasks.
Notifications: to remind you when a task starts.You can change these anytime in the iOS

How do I change my app icon? Go to Profile → Settings → Customization → App icon and choose an icon.Some icons are Premium.
How do I delete my account? Go to Profile → Settings → Account → Delete account. This removes your data.
Where is my data stored? Your tasks are saved on your device, and synced/backed up if you sign in withApple.
